We should seriously draft this boy

At least he gives his all, could be a good player but his disposal has been below average. Gave Pedersen a clean start under a new coach, he has lost me again. Had a chance to smash a pack from the side and kill the ball, took a look running in and changed his line avoiding body contact and coming in at the back behind four people. Not good enough and was pretty much useless today IMO. disposal is disgraceful in general. What really got to me was the smothers, WC would have had over 10 if you include the handballs killed, can only remember 2 for us, JKH when he came on and Terlich in the last. Also the wasted balls in the forward 50, reckon about 4 or 5 times we could have had a shot from close to the fifty but instead tried to make impossible passes, turning the ball over. Grasping at straws, but on a positive not, the guys Roos has bought into the team have been pretty good, Vince and Tyson did pretty well, Michie showed signs in his third game, ditto JKH in his second and Georgiou was far from our worse. Similarly, his decision on making Chunky captain is proving correct.

No offence, but it's probably a good idea to watch the game and vote or not vote at all -
DEMONLAND PLAYER OF THE YEAR

6. N. Jones 5. Watts 4. Vince 3. Dunn Not sure last 2 but 2. Tyson 1. Trengove -
Got to say, considering how strongly I've expressed my doubts about him, Dunn was very good tonight.
-
Watts was very good, but wish he would kick it more, a few times he handballed to someone who is not nearly as good a kick as he is.
-
I don't consider it going over the top saying our midfield has improved, fact is we had 20% more inside 50s than them, we wasted them sadly and weren't good enough, but I saw enough to give me some hope for the future, something I haven't witnessed in round 1 for a long time
-
Agree to disagree. Hogan I have seen a few times at Casey and am excited by what he will bring, along with Dawes I have little doubt they could have added 4 goals between them, just as Pedersen could have kicked 3 if he could kick. Howe is better than the trash he served up tonight. I'm not worried about our forward line long term, have been worried about our midfield though, tonight showed me that it won't be the Achilles heal that it has been for so long.
-
Is your dummy down there too?
-
Think you are confusing Dawes with yourself
-
Stop making sense
-
Continuing our chat, inside 50's 47-38 our way, conversion rate 56% to Saints, 29% to us! there is the game.
-
Yes, I thing Dawes and Hogan would have made the difference. Just as Riewoldt did after TMac copped the corky
-
As soft as Cale
-
Has already been done and wasn't funny then
-
We have been woeful for years, the players played the game out. Riewoldt was big for them, put A key forward in for us it would have been different. We had more scoring shots, we choked. If you can't see improvement over the crud we have served up over the last few years, you should give up. Both teams went hard, something we haven't done for a long time
-
First game under Roos, have fought the game out, no forward line, 2 players out of game.... Give them time
-
On a positive, we have kept fighting it out
-
Brave effort TMac. Pederson, shocking miss, not good enough
-
Lot to work on but they are applying great pressure and spreading better than we have for years
-
Mark Thompson's name was thrown up by a caller on SEN the other day. Will probably be hard to remain at Injectiondon after Tird replaces him at the end of year. Come to Demons, 2 years with Roos and continues the good work

Wow, gone early on the Bluey call. From what I saw at training on Friday, you may well be right
