no..what it is saying is that this second year is going to be Neeld's most important as an AFL coach. If 2013 is not good he can kiss his career goodbye...so it will be fascinating to watch how he handles it all considering the shite he put up with in 2012. Different people on here will all have different expectations of what "success" is. What is yours Stuie?
