    Call it mental Baggage if you like. But deny it is not there at your own peril. We have a team who cannot play AFL Football. Who is going to fix it? Only the best people in the country. We lost the Best people in 1965 who both went to other clubs. We have been slowly dying ever since.

    It was in reference to 2008-09 which is a factor in why the current list is mentally shot.

    Exactly why more heads will roll. The AFL cannot afford to have a guarranteed dud game every week that is over in 10 minutes. They learnt that with the Bears. Channel 7 & FOX wish to sell advertising space during our game to pay the bills. Chances of doing that now are getting lower.

    I say it because it must happen. The performance of our president first backflipping on the tanking strategy and then his performance in the last 72 hours has been very poor. The letter to the members was pure comedy. The coach will live or die on wins Chris Conolly is in vietnam. Keep relaxing Chris. That is a start. As i said the season is only 2 weeks old and the side is not AFL standard. The may have fitness but mentally they are shot. It is a disgrace that this was allowed to occur.

    Cameron will be welcome at our club. Many outgoing CEO's leave forever. I hope to see Schwab in the MCC Stand wearing his scarf. He is Red & Blue.

    Yes. It is. We need the Best CEO in the game. I hope the AFL are in agreement. We have taken second place for way too long. If the AFL wish the MFC to be viable they will make it happen.

    The Failure of The Red & Blueprint as a template for sustained success is a good start. The mistake was it didn't happen in 2011. I am not leading any charge RobbieF. Just my opinions and what i see on the park.

    Neeld will survive if he gets wins. The AFL do not want a team that can't play, it is not good for the Broadcast Deal. Don will do what he is told imo. It's got to that stage. He is a reluctant President, we all understand that. I commend him taking it on but i don't think he will carry much power from today. His statement to the members was usurped within 24 hours.

    Between the Swans game of 2010 and the start of 2011 it all started to fall apart...i am merely asking what exactly happened? Wilson's dislike for Schwab goes back to KB's dismissal as Richmond coach, so her "niceness" is a suprise i agree.

    On sunday CS was safe according to the radio interviews.....On Monday Vlad said the AFL is here to help.....On Tuesday CS is gone.... The AFL now have a say who is running the club... How else could it be?
