Absolutely. As does Josh Mahoney. Roos has managed to change the culture of the joint such that everyone seems to be walking in the right/same direction.

Bulldogs have been pretty good, but that said - we now have a clear methodology and are able to identify and recruit players who firmly fit within it. The turnaround under Roos and Jackson has been sensational. We were stuffed just minutes before Roos took control of this list.

Stef Martin and Jamie Bennell are two obvious exceptions, but yep - hilarious. Geez I love Garlett. He's the most exciting/electric Demon we've had since Farmer.

Melksham was the traded in player I was most excited about this year. And Kennedy and Bugg have been awesome.

6 day turnaround. Trengove just delivered a "four quarter" performance in a tough VFL game. Won heaps of the ball. Surely he's in the mix.

Can't disagree with anything you've said here. But I still love Bugg. In the red and the blue, that is.

Josh Mahoney, Todd Viney and Jason Taylor have been super important in this rebuild too.

I think Oliver needs to come in. Adds further depth around the contest which will be vital against the Saints. Brayshaw to be rested. Petracca and Trengove must also be in the mix. Some real headaches for the match committee each week now. This club has genuine depth. And is clearly well coached, such that any number of players can simply slot in now.

Love Bugg. No complaints from me. A great addition to this list.

Bugg has already become one of my favourite players. He's exactly what we needed. Kennedy too, obviously.

You're probably right, but it was so opportunistic/unrealistic, that it now looks desperate. Still nervous about this game though. Very nervous. It feels like a 40 cm putt to win the Masters. Should nail it, but given the gravity of it all, it's terrifying. We need to win this game.
