Literally laughed out loud Good effort Deespicable. Don't agree with everything but so what ? And if you enjoyed putting it together don't worry about what the miserable pharkers have to say

I like Buckley on 360. Speaks well. Roos only says what he wants you to hear - no matter what the question is

???? Two of the six you mentioned didn't play & one was sub. Played for a quarter

This. I watched the Swans v North game the other night & appreciated how the likes of Jetta, Parker & Rampke often stayed 2 - 4 metres off the contest, usually on the defensive side to provide an outlet receiver. With those few metres they have time to spot up an option down the ground. It's a discipline our blokes don't have yet. I watched Cross & Viney in a 2 on 2 tracking the ball towards the boundary. Cross was always going to get there first but Jack went to the ball with him, drawing his player in as well. I think the result was a contest that resulted in an out of bounds. Couldn't help but think that if that was Geelong, Viney backs Cross to get the ball & is breaking goalwards as a receiving option & setting up an inside 50. Maybe to a leading Hogan ! Our blokes are getting it - slowly - but there are plenty of positive signs for those that want to see them -
I'm no fan of Dunn but he took on an in-form Josh Bruce & made him a non-factor today

Turn it up. Do you think it's a totally foreign concept to them. Do you think this is the first time they've been confronted with this situation given most of them have been playing footy since they were 5 ? Do you think they've not had to defend before ? Do you want Roos to send out a message for each possession so they know whether to kick or handball ? Jesus wept This is on the players. And you could see it coming. As soon as I saw them all bouncing around Howe & celebrating like they'd won the World Cup, I knew they'd forgotten the game was still on & I knew we were [censored]. And I was pretty damn sure it would be Steven getting the centre clearance 100% on the players and the leaders should take responsibility

He'll be resting anyway. Broke his arm a bit later

I read this on Bigfooty, where surprisingly many are tipping us to beat Port "Melbourne Vs Port Adelaide 43pts - Paul Roos was one of the first coaches to figure out our gameplan and only now has the rest of the competition adapted to his findings. What he may further have in store is frightening. They almost pipped us twice last year even when we had most of our best team in. Loss of trengove we have a poor record aswell as the flair of Hogan. It's not going to be good for port."

I pretty much agree with Matthews. If you are trying to run down an opposition player you should expect his team mates to try to protect him. I have 2 possible issues - was it within the distance limits (probably) and did Goodes get Jones high - seen the replay & it's hard to tell from footage Jones was Kosi like in his lack of awareness & preparedness
-
Bail & Jones did their jobs. If you'd seen much of Footscray this year you'd know that so much of the Dog's attack this season has been generated by the run & distribution off half back by Murphy, Johanniesen & Wood. Our two "spuds" significantly reduced their impact. Good planning from Roos.
