Does anyone remember his article last year where he mentioned about 5 melbourne players that should be traded at the seasons end? I think it was before the adelaide match cause I remember Grenny after his 38 possie game remarking how "wallsy had bruce going to syndey" anyway suppose he was rigth in one way or another

we train across the road from junction oval and anyway went out today and bought an official "150th" melbourne guernsey so i could wear my top tonight at training and show that at least there's some supporters with a bit of passion for the club. anyway out of about 60 fellas 8 turned up in dees tops, all the guys had the same thoughts as me. then guess who at about 6.30 walked across? none other than Chirs Connollly, he knew one of our coaches and made the comment that so many boys were wearing melbourne tops, the man who he was talking too remarked how we were all wearing them cause we were proud of the club. chris waited 5 minutes till the drill stopped and dragged the 8 of us over and said how great it was that we took this upon ourselves and that he would be telling the boys tommorrow. anyway thought it was great he did this as he is obviously a very passionate man as were all of us boys. i think maybe its just little things like this which will restore this club. left me really happy today that this event happened

All these people who say there not going to sign up are exactly the problem in my opinion and whilst we have such a terrible culture. It's simple when things are tough the tough get going, anyone who loves the club truly can see that.' How is not signing up going to help a club that needs all the members it can get going to help.

3 weeks ago it didn't seem likely that Cale Morton would debut rd 1 now everyone has him starting on the ground let alone the bench.

This whole thing with the 1am curfew is interesting. A good friend of mine plays for the Hawks. He hasn't drunken for the past month as he is tyring to solidfy his spot for rd1 against us but he was hitting it hard on saturday night and was up till all hours. I suppose what Im trying to say is going out is fine and getting smashed once in a while but it has to be in moderation.
