Everytime he was near the ball he was within 2 meters of the boundary dealing with a grubber. Not sure what he's meant to do

Have we been done holding the ball enough tonight?

Glad to see we only play GWS once (and WCE twice!)

The context has nothing to do with it. Fritsch was vital to us winning, undoubtedly. All I'm asking is whether, if Billings had kicked his goals, would the posts on here all have been "he was soft, drop him"? Bobbing up with critical goals at critical times means patches of poor performance (Fritsch was nowhere in the first half) can be overlooked.
No doubt there's a difference between being soft and good vs soft and no good. We look the other way if he kicks those goals.
Missed goals and tackles aside, the moment that had me going berserk was with 5:48 left on the clock. We're 13 points up and Adelaide are coming. Hinge beats Trac on the wing and hits up McHenry in the middle of the ground. Billings half heartedly follows Parnell's run and is in a position to block his run so he can't run around and get the handball. Parnell gets the handball receive and fortunately for us he went short and it got cut off by Howes when it should have been a deep entry.
Whilst this moment came to nothing, it could have led to a goal and left us defending a 7 point lead with 5 mins to go. Its either lazy or not having your head in the game. See Dan Houston's goal against us last week as an example of not having your head in the game

I thought he was very poor and should've been subbed off for Taj during the 3rd quarter. I understand why they subbed Brown off but Billings was bad, he missed his chances but worse was his tackling, let multiple tackles slip which allowed the Crows to attack when they should've been held up or turned over.
Shades of Rocket Eade on Will Minson in my lounge room this evening. Awful soft efforts

Richmond always find themselves at the bottom of these. Even when they were good.

Where are Collingwood at?

End to end uncontested. How does that happen

I've turned this off. I don't have the energy to be angry anymore

Wayward kicking is bad an can happen but what is unforgivable is dumb 50m penalties, free kick reversals when having a shot for goal, giving away free kicks by slinging the opponent into the fence. We have too many dumb and undisciplined players!

That's not reportable, hit on the chest.
Clean contest, but knowing the AFL they'll give Kozzy the suspension that should've gone to Manyard.
They'd do us a favour by giving him a holiday

I'm sick of Kozzie having more bumps than kicks

Too many poor users of the footy getting the ball. Wouldn't hurt if we could stick a tackle either

Todd Goldstein? At least he can play forward. It's still a very short term solution to a long term problem

Did the guys not do a warm up out on the ground pre game or did I miss it? Normally they're practising clearance work, taking shots at goal. Fritsch and Trac do this thing where they kick up and down the white line of the centre square. I arrived at 5pm and didn't see any of that. They were all just hovering around the centre circle pre game. The goal kicking and first quarter could be a reflection of that.
