I don't understand what this guy has to do to make some people happy? Since coming back from his injury he has been nothing but quality, has even been in the top 6 players recently. He deserves to stay.

From an interview I saw of Motlop a couple of days ago it is pretty much 100% he is staying with Geelong.

I don't understand what Grimes has to do to please some people here? He wasn't picked for Round 1, forced his way back into the side had some ok games. Forced his way back in again until injured. Made to play back at Casey again for a couple of weeks. Made his way back into the team and has had good games since while having good possession numbers. He has even been picked as sub a few times which is a terrible decision by Roos, when he came on he has made an impact and deserved to be playing the full game.

Jetta was named on him. Not sure if that's how it turned out.I only noticed Jetta when he was playing loose. Which probably explains it.

Wasn't that free for holding the ball? I was at the game so didn't hear the call from the umpire. It happened right in front of me and looked as though they paid it for him diving on it and not making an attempt, obviously because he was injured.

To those saying our disposal was poor, which I agree there were some shockers (MJones), it wasn't that far off Freo's. 78% to 74%.

There are actually a few I could put the asterisk on... Between Lynch, Pedersen, Frost and TMac they can pinch hit in the ruck. Another pre-season under the belt of the beard will help him out for next year as he knows what it takes now. I left Petracca out as we haven't seen what he can do yet.

I find that interesting. Could Bennell be the "A Grader" and "match winner" Roos was talking about? Would it be weird to think that GC might want to offload him?

Barlow isn't even polished now. Some of his kicks are terrible.
