Well, I had a little play and tallied up everyones team and came up with a team that basically has the most votes from this thread. Turned out like this; FB: Dunn, T.McDonald, Jetta HB: Lumumba, Garland, Grimes C: Vince, Jones, Watts HF: Kent, Dawes, Howe FF: Garlett, Hogan, Pederson Foll: Jamar, Viney, Tyson Int: Frost, Salem, Cross, Petracca If we turned out like this, I reckon I'd be pretty happy.

Team name: Lost Souls. I went better in AF than DT this year. Had a shocker in DT Also, the good thing is with DT (some will think it isn't), you need to make smart moves with limited trades. Injuries then become a concern whether to hold or fold. Just makes it a little more interesting rather than AF and just throw them out and get someone else in.

I like to think a little differently although I do agree with you. Jones isn't the leader that Grimes or Trenners was on field. Those 2 would get the structures right and organise people, while Jones leades by example. Thats the way I see it.

Roos has had co-captains on most/all occasions (can't remember back that far). Also I'm sure you have heard Roos say on more than one occasion that the coach feels helpless at times in the box and having a strong leadership group that also coaches on field makes it easier. There are now 3 players within the team that have been captains, and many others that have been in leadership groups with melbourne or elsewhere. I still think there will actually be a co-captain setup for next year.

I'm going to be extremely selfish here. I was following this thread until cyberoam took over at work and was easily the most unbiased and factual thread about this I have seen. I have been out of the loop for about 3 months, other than the media side of things. Can someone give me a quick rundown on the latest?

I actually think we need Mckenzie. We know he can tag, and tag well. It's his offensive game where there is an issue which cross is doing much better. But cross can't go on forever, who else will tag?

Have been playing RDT/Fantasy for a few years a would love to get in a league if there's room! I played both this year, but RDT is so much better. Not even close.

I agree with this. JKH for that crumbing and snap goals and the other 2 speaks for itself.

I'd put Mckenzie on Boomer. If he stays with him most of the game his numbers will be way down to not make an impact. The rest of our midfield will be able to go head to head with theirs.

There is quite a few still to keep a close eye on other than Watson. Zaharakis, Heppell, Goddard, Chapman and Stanton. Who gets Tagged? Who gets run with roles?

I think we can't leave Elliot and Swan alone in their forward half either. They will need some attention for sure.
