Jesse Hogan re-signs to end of Season 2019
Ethan Tremblay replied to Lucifers Hero's topic in Melbourne Demons
Freo's next target was Rory Lobb who just announced a two year extension. Surely Hogan and Lobb announcing extensions on the same day was prearranged to inflict pain on Fremantle. Sometimes it's a wonderful thing working in Fremantle. -

The only other place I've read about this is Bigfooty, who's posters are embarrassingly quoting Demonland as the source. A poster posting simply "weeks not months" alluding to the time his father has left is disgustingly poor form. ET out. -
Round 1 next season Fifty-5? And apparently Harvey smells like cabbage.

I just don't get the point of drafting someone who is going to be 39 early into next season. His age is an issue because it is a factor in how long he will continue to play for. I don't care if drafting him wins us an extra game next season, at the stage we are at as a football club, it's about getting games into our young talent. He hasn't been in North's leadership group for years, and I'd suggest every player at every club has excellent preparation these days. Harvey has been blessed with fantastic genetics, something he can't pass onto the players. Perhaps your overestimating the influence someone like Harvey may have on a young group. If it were so good, surely North would have kept him on to assist with their rebuild. If he doesn't get drafted and his influence is so great then I'd expect him to be kept on at North as a preparation and leadership advisor.

But he also has 'elite preparation' that he can pass on as well Abe....

Was it his bodybuilding girlfriend? She had glorious deltoids.

What is his condition Clint? The only place I've heard anything about it on is Demonland. -
Depends who you ask Cards, the Kangaroos delisted him to prep for the future.
-
What's the point in bringing him in when he may have one season left? We have to think longer term.
-
We've been building a team of young competitors from the ground up, seems counter-productive recruiting a 38 year old. He could be a consideration if we were pushing for top 4 and needed a forward pocket but we're not and we don't so what's the point? And please, spare me the 'leadership' line.

Does he have to be a player to teach them the things you've mentioned DT?

And mine told me the Eagles don't have the salary cap to make a genuine offer this year? Is he holding out on an offer from the Eagles end of next season? -
They're also interested in Vickery and an injury prone O'Meara. I think they're attempting to delay their slide down the ladder.
-
If the money were good enough I'm sure he'd want to come. From all accounts the only reason he is leaving is for money, I'm not sure if we are after players who are just chasing the coin.

Denom is a nutter. De Goey is contracted until the end of 2018 and Collingwood need to keep all the young talent they have.
-
Nuh. Suggested trade would be: Dunn to Brisbane, Brisbane third rounder to Fremantle, Barlow to Melbourne.
-
Nope he's ooc.

Did lol.
