I don't get how you can get away with punching someone to the face or head just because you have a hold of their jumper. What's stopping a player then from holding the bottom of their opponents jumper and punching him in the nuts? My understanding of a jumper punch is that it's when you grab your opponents jumper and push them with a punching motion.

Surgery and monitoring, luckily chemotherapy not needed at this stage.
