We were going to draft him.
Geelong traded up by a spot.
Restricted out of contract.
Don't know our cap sito, but if we have space, throw the cheque book at him

Agree but we would have been deadly with both of them if we had persisted.
Would you rather Spargo, ANB, Chandler etc.... Than Bedford?
Rather Bedford hands down.
I agree, but its not like he was knocking the house down with us like he has been at GWS

We couldn’t play both forward?
Who are you going to drop for him, with Kynan Brown coming in soon?

We fugged up royally with Toby Bedford.
Pressure, pressure and more pressure.
Plus his pure pace the ultimate pressure forward.
Disagree respectfully, he's good at that, but nowhere near Pickett in terms of scoreboard

My own view is that Fishermens Bend is no where near where most of our supporters/members live and would be a pain in the [censored] to get to in terms of public transport. Caulfield is ideally placed for access and is in close proximity to what the club knows is the centre of our supporter/membership base. Most importantly at this point at least for a feasibility study, it is being backed by the multiple stakeholders who are required to approve and finance it. It's been settled on after years of work. Lets move on.
This is the issue.
Not only is FB Port/South territory, its one of the more difficult places to get to by transport.
No train or tramline, only a bus that starts its service from Queen Victoria Market.

No, querying our supporter base!
You must have been a fan of Junction Oval Pickett, I mean, Caufield Racecourse is just a ten minute drive down Dandenong Road!

We have Petracca, Oliver and Viney in the middle but we continue to loose the centre clearance count.
Too many cooks in the kitchen...

David King is right
We need Petracca to play up forward fo the bulk of the game, need his creativity and strength

We’ve been warned about this. We’re always told to not engage with opposition supporters during the match, especially Collingwood, Carlton and Richmond. We’re also told to refrain from even looking at them. They sit in the bays on either side of us and of course our noise revs them up. One of our member’s 9yo son wanted to bring a trident with an impaled fake magpie but has been told to absolutely not do so. It’s not worth the risk.
Yep I implore everyone going tonight, do not get baited, keep in groups, no eye contact, just walk on whatever is said

Can't overthink this,
Massive 3 games coming up, against arguably 3 of the most in form CONTESTED teams in it.
Let starts like yesterday happen again there may be no comeback, see Haw Coll on the weekend.
Carlton backs are set up so well at the moment, we need to re-think how we do the forward line this week...
-
Lol if we are second by the end of the weekend

On the tram down St Kilda Rd. Any decent food in the walk from Fed Square through Birrarung?
Not really, best bet is the overpriced food trucks outside the ground

And I wouldn't begrudge him at all. He gave all his energy, his essence, his ethereal being to the Flag in 21', he has nothing left to give, nor should he.
He looks tired to me, mentally more than physically.

Pretty close the mark with the exception of Rivers - thought he was good.
Yep harsh on Rivers JB, was one of our better players and has been so for several weeks.
Future captain.
