What key indicators / stats does Roosy refer to ?

I wonder if they wear a heart rate monitor as an indicater also.

I agree and stats can be misleading . Roosy may have a way of communicating the little things he values to the players in the form of a stat and possibly a focus on only a handfull of these. Its a good question for a player.

Does anyone know what stats they use at the club ? Would love to know . It would most likely explain for example why Byrnes gets games ahead of the more talented guys like Bleasey. I heard the other day that Port use meters gained as a key indicater . Im sure the stats we see in the media are the tip of the iceberg.

Bail is the club leader in pressure acts for the year , ( article on afl website ' pressure kings ' ) pressure leading to turnovers is what the gameplan is all about . I think he has been ok even in a couple of his quiet games . Elite endurance has a crack and his goal kicking is improving .

I hope he stays . free agency is a test for our club and its culture . Some will go regardless but hopefully the better players stay and fulfill their ambitions with the dees.

Grimes spoil on dangerfield. Hate it when the commentators say that defenders cant do a thing to stop a foward marking if the guy delivering has space. Most of the guys coming in from casey have added to the team in positive way . Evans was ok for a couple then went back again and maybe Byrnes will go back again- again but jKH Jamar Salem Jetta have form . We havnt seeen impact from guys promoted for years. How good was Salems Cameo against the crows , that goal . Early call but he reminds me of one Adam Yze in his kicking ability .

Its a terrible thing being bereft of confidence and having your supporters not supporting. Jack needs to get back to basics and he needs our support . But each to there own . I reckon he could turn it around with 5 minutes of footy to get himself going.

It's part of what is great about out game being able to share a space with ferals and filth and get along. Id take hipsters any day over some of the carlton kangas and pies supporters Ive encountered. They even have fat yak on tap at the G these days . I prefer a coopers pale ale.
