Your right - re watched the Roos 360 interview and he said that its easy to sit back and get caught up in the excitment of it all - dees havnt been exciting for a while now . hopefully Mitch realises that we can make finals soon with his help .
-
See ya Mitch who bloody cares.
-
Joining the dots but Roosy sussing Mitch out making sure he is going to be up to it once traded to the pies for Lamumba. Good mate Perty to gamble on a big forward like good mate Ross on Col - slightly ahead on that one.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HERITIER LUMUMBA

Pies will be hard to deal with in a trade situation and id keep watts unless we got Lumumba plus another serious young gun. Give them mitch clark for lumamba. -
Roosy was saying in a round about way imo how can a bloke retire one minute ( big name best player at the club a lot of work in the retirement deal ) and then be keen again 2 months later. In a way questioning his current mental health or motives and value at the club. And then keeping his value up by mentioning him as equal best player at start of the season. I have no idea what is going on. Gut feel is that we don't need the distraction again.

Probably should have talked with the club before going on the telly Somethin aint right obviously

Doesnt make sense to me , surely being part of the Howe Dawes Hogan Clarke fowardline would be more satisfying and erstwhile for big Mitch . Who would take him after that ? Times get tough and he bails even in good health .
-
We should welcome him back as any new recriut should be , a leap of faith that he will repay im sure Go demons .
-
Early Dawes but if Clark is returning hopefully Chip will been a little keener to stay .
-
Play him as a deep foward with a ruck chop out - we need to trade for a ruckman .

Yes from me - the guy can play and Roos will be on the same page around social responsibility etc . He and Mitch Robinson would help our team on field -
Garry Ablett Junior - throw him 2 mill a year for the first 2 seasons and 1.5 after that. LJ converts to Christianity under Gaz's guidance and kicks a bag each week .Trade for a couple more Dom Tyson types get Mitch Clark back keep chip and away we go. we could promise them future draft picks or players and maybe a coach. just get it done PJ.

If we double our wins again next season its 8 and then probably halve that the year after with 12 and its finals . We were everything this year at times. dissapointed to see us beaten badly by teams with heart -gws-

Match Preview and Team Selection - Round 23

Last time for the year that I will believe that we can win . Against all common sense and probably dipping my toe in insanity juice I give us a chance. I enjoy being disappointed and having at least 1 day on the weekend ruined. Goldstein is a decent out. Remember the game near end of season last year against the dogs, we showed some spirit. Id like to see that again malee or whatever it takes as well as competing like we should. If we do and hit the scoreboard early ( what am I saying ) we can win. Regards in advance Convalesced -
Slow and inept disposal going anywhere near offensive 50 m arc .
