. Perderson played some great footy last season and will contribute this year working on his consistancy fitzy will also stay on imo . Every club has back up players and I believe both could make it in the one's on what we have seen so far .

Dom Tyson changed from having no right foot to using it well half way through last year . It needs to be this way .

I enjoy the fact that posters like Saty and many others avoid using the trashy sweeping statements that you will see on the dodgy demons face book sites. Keeping it classy with analytical views on players weaknesses keep the standards up .Although Its entertaining reading the debates occasionally.

Watching fitzy with the ruck group at training push gawn and jamar around . He's strong and knows how to use his body probably requires senior game time .

The coach should be congratulated, damage control is where we were at last season . We got decent draft pics and recruited well . If we turn players loose again at seasons end so be it . Roosy is rebuilding our list both with gamelan adjustment culture proffesionalism fitness etc . If we take our chances in front of goal we can beat anyone . No complaints when we beat The crows dons blues and tiges last year . We can play an offensive game if executed correctly and we kick straight .

Great move as one of our short comings is that we dont have a tall backman . Tommy mac and Frost cant handle the David Hale tippet types . I suspect that fitzy is being groomed as a back up though . Wouldnt it be great if we could send a resting gawn or jamar into defence when required .

Positives for me are Herriter Frost Garlett and Vandenberg getting thir hands on it . Didnt like the foward set up at times and reckon it will look different round 1 . scrap it was kinda like we do to sides occasionally

He wins a lot of one on ones , is atheletic has pace and flashes of brilliance call it x factor , he will make mistakes/ is learning but he showed his class against the dogs yesterday with some decent play quick hands and foot skills . watching him at training he looks an absolute jet marking at pace and height well balanced and a decent kick both sides . Confident kid also .

Nice to take a win from that , Watts Viney and Bail all miss getable goals in the third that could have swung the game our way . It hurt us last season and we need to turn 10-12 goals into 15-16 as we get the oppurtunity to convert . Scoreboard pressure/ confidence will help our all round game and key to the demon revival .

Reminds me of training thursday , overall a good performance with some errors . i reckon our defensive players in the drills put more pressure on the the dogs today . good signs !

Could it be the players will be looked after financially whilst suspended ( extra coint to compensate for damage etc ) it would make sense on one hand controlling the clubs costs and provide another path to Hird their sheep , on the other hand extra payments would exceed their salary cap

Not a bad start genarally , disliked knowing with ten minutes to go we wouldnt score for the remainder of the game and the quick panicked kick out of trouble resulting in a turnover. Maybe a set play or 3 to break a deadlock as we watched in the last ten could be a way to hit the scoreboard .
