  1. 16 minute quarters could suit the dees. I can't remember how many quarters we've given up a winning quarter in the last 2 minutes.
  2. I think you shouldn't get out and about in your PJ's aka six6six
  3. He was proving a handfull for the skipper.
  4. 666, dclxvi, what's in a name? They are both the number of the beast. One for the present and the other I used when dealing with Julius Caesar. The truth be known 666 on my PC and dclxvi on my phone.
  5. I think he swallowed it. Contact above the shoulders seems to be allowed at training. First against Trenners, then against Gus
  6. Thanks Ultimate', I only get to a few sessions each preseason. I'll get to some more after the break. I'm not connected with the club apart from being a lifelong supporter and member. It gives me the opportunity to combine a couple of passions in photography and the Dees and happy to share. Hope you and your family have a joyful Christmas as well. And a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all Demonlanders DCLXVI aka Six6Six
  7. Both Stretch and Neal-Bullen have played senior footy in Adelaide and look far more likely to be ready for round one. Petracca and Brayshaw are just puppies straight out of the TAC Cup. If I was a betting man I'd wager that neither will be in our round 1 team and both will play the majority of the season at Casey.
  8. F... them all they are no better than any other p....s that have tried to save this train wreck

Big Jimma tried to embrace the members. I can remember him emphasising that a club only exist for the members and they should feel like they belong. Can't help thinking that this type of action puts the members down the list, We are now in administration and the members come second.
  10. The number of the beast

  11. Don't see how it could be a cost saving measure. They still need the use of the members dining room. Seems to be just another measure to put the members at arms length. Perhaps they are hoping that the numbers will be reduced and in future they can hold it at the Bentleigh Club as in years gone by. == click to enlarge
