A lot of people calling for Jurrah to return... But is anyone else concerned about his court appearance this Thursday? Nor sure if this will be a trial or not, but the reports at the time of the incident were not encouraging to say the least.
-
Lol, it's him.

I heard Ben Polis has some Webjet shares in his super fund.

Amazing how quickly so many of you are writing off Beamer! He finished top ten in the brownlow last year and already his days are numbered? Ease up...
-
I liked it. Look forward to future episodes!

Not sure about the start of 2011, but there was a thread about this last year and it was uploaded to MFC's youtube channel in October last year.
-
Would you rate any of our players higher given our 2011 season? We finished 13th and it's fairly common knowledge that we don't have any bona fide stars on our list.

I too, loved this feature. Much easier to navigate to first unread post with the iPhone version. That said, I'm not the one maintaining these features and can't complain when they disappear.

Liam Jurrah: charged, on bail and discussion closed for now
Spaghetti replied to dee-luded's topic in Melbourne Demons
You are being very naive if you think that a white fella from the MFC had any place interfering (or could interfere) with his obligations to his family. Is Liam meant to have a minder with him 24/7 any time he returns to NT? That's ridiculous. We are all upset at the prospect he may never play for the MFC again, but this story is much bigger than that. CS acted very professionally in his responses from what I read. -

Well worth a listen for those unfamiliar with indigenous culture. -

Except only two have been held in custody? -
Great video! Some footage/photos in there that I have not seen before.

You have conflated two issues here. The flood and press have nothing to do with the move toward a national code. Coaches would have invented these tactics if the competition remained as the VFL. I was too young to truly appreciate the "suburban" feel to the old VFL, so I have nothing to add to the actual debate.

Unless rollo organises, the other forums tend to exclude us because we never lose. Perhaps we should tank a few games? Nicks Collingwood is playing Bomberblitz in the next few weeks I think.

Pretty sure they are still a minor sponsor. As for their software... It's one of the best.

Would be great if grows another 5cm -
I'm almost certain Stuart has been based in Sydney for most of his time as a director anyway. It is not uncommon for directors to be based elsewhere as they generally meet infrequently.

The Next Decade; Would you take this if it happened?
Spaghetti replied to Bobby McKenzie's topic in Melbourne Demons
I actually did it a second time... but still no Melbourne. GWS and Melbourne were the only teams not to appear in either shuffle -

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - RORY TAGGERT
Spaghetti replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
From Snoop's BF Phantom: "Terrific sized midfielder who can play a few different roles and has the ability to push fwd and kick goals. Got a guernsey for VC but not sure he ran out (certainly not the games i saw). Has reasonable pace but terrific agility and endurance. Skills are very good" -
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - RORY TAGGERT
Spaghetti replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
From the MFC website: Rory Taggert Height: 188cm Weight: 87kg DOB: 22/6/93 Club: North Ballarat Rebels A versatile player, Taggert is capable of playing forward, back or in the midfield. He is strong overhead, good one-on-one, and an impressive decision maker. He is solid on the right foot. -
$1.8m I believe.

I doubt it. Players get rotated on the website all the time. Also note that both of these photos hide the Hankook logo. I'd say that has more to do with it.
