Vardy could slide, not sure he'd get to 34, but it seems he is seen as early second round for the simple fact he is seen as the best ruckman in the draft. Id rather take a Black/Carlisle combo with 11/18 than Vardy. I don't rate ruckmen all that much.

Having gone through round by round, this is MUCH better than any fixture we have had recently. No home games vs Port/Fremantle on Sundays. 10 Sunday games is 3 less than this year and 5 less than 2008. Can't complain. Generally we play good drawing clubs on Sundays.

More than just an impact I'd say. Can't see how we could host a World Cup and continue the AFL as normal. Stadiums would be decked out in FIFA advertising and altered to cater for soccer.

People saying "they are only letting off some steam" etc etc need to pull their head in. I graduated from High School about 5 years ago, and none of our year level did this stuff... By the time you graduate High School, you should be mature enough to know that throwing eggs is lame and potentially very dangerous.
