1 >   I feel the biggest issue last night was the fumbling which killed any momentum.

3>   BOMBING !!!!! into Fwd line in AFL guarantees bounceback goals especially when everybody charges after the bombed ball => returns over and away they go

4> No just fix up Weids, Fritsch,( Both relatively inexperienced players.)  Tracc  leading patterns and get the midfielders to lower their eyes and identify them, rather than BOMBING. Lockett could not kick goals ( well maybe not as many) with how the ball is coming in. Surely professional coaches can teach young people how to lead. There are plenty of Video reviews of good player positioning themselves Make Dermy Head Coach, he is the onlt bloke in the world who thinks he could fix it in a week

5> Head bombers last night : Viney, Oliver and Jones. Brayshaw had a few  cut off, but they were genuine passes rather than  bombs.

6> Hore is Good Has heart !!! Lockart is still learning because he has heart . Still learning where to be !!

Our Defence was pretty good last night considering the pressure they were under. Although I do worry when Frosty thinks !!!!

Not prepared to completely write the trade off yet but it is a huge concern that we sold the best key forward we’ve had since Neitz and a guy we’d invested so much time,  money and effort into for an older, overweight key defender who now appears to have a chronic injury. I think we need to start going back to the draft and get more elite juniors, Hawthorn are the masters of trading to fill needs but we seem to regularly make a hash of it. Could have added a player like Bailey Smith or Zak Butters at pick 6 who both seem to have a lot of what we lack.

I Turned up and noticed that Dee supporters stayed away in droves . I will say that I'm afraid that the start Melbourne is having has lost quite a number  of fans . They are truly atrocious. Hoping against hope the team pulls its finger out very soon or they won't be  hitting membership targets next season .

I don't have that feeling with GP, he just seems more self interested rather than being club focused. Having said that, I don't know the man, could be [censored] and he is the opposite.

Melbourne football club is a business where I pay $1200 for my wife and I per annum . I went on Wednesday night and saw an improvement until midway through the third when they came unravelled when the Tigers put their foot on our throats  but obviously that's going to happen with a bunch of stand ins from the Casey side just doing th,e best they can until our genuine first teamers return from various injuries . But we are I believe in a perfect storm with problems on many fronts . Game plan , coaching , injuries , recuperating from operations . I think management knew all along that this season was going to be a bust and was going to be leap backwards .

Speaking in metaphorical terms using supermarkets as an example, Essendon v Collingwood on Anzac Day is generally like Woolworths playing Coles.

We are like NQR where you occasionally and surprisingly stumble across a  quality product, but it’s always ridiculously close to a use by date and is only stocked for a limited time.
