Sitting at 3-2 we have: saints, Suns away, dogs and bears at home and port in NT

its hard not to get carried away and think we could win all 5. But With a young team we will have some bad days. 

Suns are smashed with injuries again. Dogs and port are missing stars as well. 

Going on the previous 5 rounds we should lose to Brisbane, lose in a close one to the dogs and beat the other 3 ;)

Surely we should be sitting at 6-4 at least by round 10?

am I crazy?? Finals anyone????

Its great to use the ladder predictor on the AFL website for a bit of fun. I actually have us finishing 8th, with very unbiased selections. 

Should beat Saints and Lions. Doggies are still tough even with injuries, we're the type of club that plays someone like Port back into form and who knows with the Suns. Finals aren't completely out of the question but we need our young guys to show some consistency!

Saints are 50-50 (probably worse than that given it's their home ground and we tend to let them get away)

Suns will beat us even if they do have injuries. 

The doggies SHOULD beat us, but I have a sneaky feeling their first game at the 'G will show them up. 

Brisbane are a hard-running attacking outfit, but we should have them at the 'G.

Port are falling apart.  We have to hope they don't find the magic formula before we get to them. 

In essence, three from five and I'm pretty happy.  Better than that and I'm ecstatic.

So long as we beat the 'aints, we will be favourites in 4 out of the 5.

I feel dizzy.

    UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

    Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft.     Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock for the final week of training for the 1st to 4th Years until they are joined by the rest of the senior squad for Preseason Training Camp in Mansfield next week.     A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players.
