The confusion between their, there, and they're occurs because the three words are pronounced in very similar ways. If the word means "belonging to them," use their. If you're able to replace the word with "they are," usethey're. Otherwise, there is only one correct answer: there.

This thread has official been derailed by the spelling and grammar police.

No, I think it is derailed by poor spelling and bad grammar.

Edit:- I'm bored. Sorry for being anal.

and never forget those pesky PC fools

At what point do you accept political correctness?

Feminism - homosexuality - slavery? At what point does black become grey then white?

Society is evolving and what was politically correct 200 years ago may not be now, we are evolving. So what is politically correct evolves. You can choose to move with it or become part of history.

It's my opinion that if you abbreviate it to PC, you're clearly talking about political correctness too often. it's not as if anybody abbreviates Racist Bogan to RB. Got better things to do.

Some of you guys need a job/hobby

My hobby is to scour the places where people without jobs and hobbys lurk and tell them they need a job and a hobby. I just wish I was being payed for my public service.

ManDee is right. Society's moral compass is in a constant state of flux. It is no longer deemed acceptable to chain up a lesbian without their express permission. The degree of difficulty, and indeed the desire, to obtain said permission (from the chainee - if that's even a word) is a subject matter in which I have no experience and expertise however we're fortunate enough on this board to have some contributors who may be in the position to shed some light on this matter.

Spelling and grammar is, I think, very important to a healthy functioning society. It's fundamental to being able to clearly articulate ideas. It leads to a greater understanding and therefore in my opinion can help resolve and potentially prevent conflict. Better spelling and grammar could indeed be the key to fighting the spread of misdirected religious fundamentalism across the globe.

That being said I'm so like totes up for chaining Jeremy Howe up to a wall until he agrees to go to the Suns in exchange for a pick upgrade...or whatever.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
