Yep. Dumbest group of players in the league.

Great effort this

Instead of trying to win we just give up

Still a loooooong way away from being even mildly competitive

Would you prefer him to not contest the mark? Dunn did exactly as he should. The Umpire paid a shocker. Don't blame the player for the [censored] the umpires are dishing up.

Can't say we're out of it, but we've also never looked like we're in it either. Weird game. Perhaps this is what it looks like when it busts a gut against a team it is a class below.

Very envious of the way West Coast deliver it to their forwards. Low, fast rockets over and over. Almost undefendable.

They're not a class above they're just playing smarter more disciplined footy. It ain't rocket science.

I'd prefer he wasn't so far behind him on the lead that he had to push him in the back out of frustration because he is a [censored] poor leader

Stupid [censored] football team.

I am so sick of these useless forward 50 entries that are just bombed in.

We do it every single week.

I agree, thought it was stiff. Not sure what else Dunn was meant to do.

In with a chance and we fold. Time to take them game on, we fold.

Roos' comments about accountability and individuality have merit. They lose a will to win and just trod along and completely break down on a team level. Happens too often.

Eagles want to win. We play margin minimisation. One of then year's most disappointing loses, especially after the Geelong win.

Viney's touched kick high into our forward line.

4 Melb players tackle the WC player who "marked" the ball

The WC player gets the handball away to one of the THREE FREE WC players

Don't be daft he pushed him straight in the back - Dunn is an idiot.

THE ACCIDENTAL DEMONS by The Oracle

In the space of eight days, the Melbourne Football Club’s plans for the coming year were turned upside down by two season-ending injuries to players who were contending strongly for places in its opening round match against the GWS Giants. Shane McAdam was first player to go down with injury when he ruptured an Achilles tendon at Friday afternoon training, a week before the cut-off date for the AFL’s pre-season supplemental selection period (“SSP”). McAdam was beginning to get some real mom

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. Barassi died the

We'll break down the Match SIM against North Melbourne and wrap up the preseason with insights into training and our latest recruits. I apologize for skipping our annual season review show at the end of last season. After a disapponting season filled with off-field antics and a heated trade week, I needed a break. Thankfully, the offseason has recharged me, and I’m back—ready t
