Really, is that what it sounds like? You accuse me of 'abuse of power' and you call me over reacting? LOL, GFY, oh and by the way, like I posted in theage, JCB tried his hardest to get you booted from the competition when you weren't logging in. He wanted to play your team for you, I refused to do it. So the next time you accuse me of abusing my power have a think and get all the facts before making a fool of yourself.

FFS, here we go again.

JCB, I am not responsible for what's happening in our league. You are. I am also locked out of posting on the website, I'm using the mobile app to post things which I feel are important for the competition.

How dare you accuse me of abusing power and discriminating against you. First of all you made my life extremely unpleasant when you knew I have a very ill family member, that didn't stop you harassing me at every opportunity. You then had a sook to Ryan who has made the restrictions in our league. Read that bit again, your actions are the cause for the situation we are now in. Not me. You. Do you understand this very simple but extremely important point? I am not responsible, you are.

Let's see what you're accusing me of: Abusing my power, discrimination, no decency of notification and bullying. Are you serious?

What I don't get is that everything had died down again. Why do you feel the need to start everything up, yet again? Every time it's you who starts it up again. No one cares about your pathetic inferior complex, I don't care, I just want to stop arguing with a nutter. This season has been ruined by you and your childish tantrums.

One final point. I hope you enjoyed the result from the weekend, I know how much that game meant to you, what was the final score, I was 15 and you were 4? I know if felt good, and I know exactly how you took it.

I've just reread JCB's post again, and it's even funnier the second time around.

This is what happened.

- JCB made a complaint to Ryan Powers.

- Ryan comes in and slaps a ban on posting for everyone in the league

- JCB complains to Ryan accusing me of abusing my powers, discriminating against him and god knows what else, but in reality it was Ryan who did it because of JCB's original request. I had nothing to do with it.

How can you respond to that logic? Snomed, I think you're right.

I take your criticism son board....it he nothing to do with the game that the complaint was made.

My family, wife is a solicitor took total offence that an accusation was made that I did not have Cancer.I nearly lost my life with it and my daughter whom also posts heard that Jarka had made comment ..that he did not think I even had Cancer.

Furthermore, my wife took the matter up with the Age classifying it as slanderous , bullying and hurtful..We will not tolerate that.

Sure if any of your loved ones would try to protect another if this happened.

And he clams his own mother is suffering from the dreaded disease.

It definitely has been asked that if an appropriate apology is not made regarding withdrawing that remark,then we will take the matter further.

It was mentioned, we did not want to disrupt the game or indeed -- I would have just withdrawn ..

Note, I am currently having further treatment -- last weekend had further treatment.

So, we do not accept that..I am banter merchant whom can give it out and take it...but when it comes to health and it's issues--no way..hope you understand.

This has now turned Into a legal matter which is under investigation

Ryan Powers has come back to us Friday stating he is investigating it further and also a stated he has taken a copy of the posts for investigation.

I have been in contact since asking him if he indeed stopped the posts claimed by Jarka and he confirms he did.

I also told him I lay claim to some of the insults I levied at JJ, but he accepts not in the same vain as JJ has.

We will leave it now for the legals to sort it out.....that I as Why I have laid low until the investigation has concluded.

He appreciated the position I face with my health etc...and willing to keep the game going this year and beyond.

However, if an apology is not forthcoming, then there may be other complications.

I stated an opinion that I believed that you didn't have cancer because I couldn't believe anyone who had cancer could be a terrible as you were to me when I told you that my mum is dying of cancer. I stated an opinion, I just couldn't believe how anyone in that situation could go on like you did. Even now I have problems accepting this about you. The reality is that I didn't accuse you of anything, you have interpreted that for yourself. So really feel free to sue me for that, in fact I'm already looking forward to the courts reaction especially considering I don't even know who you are, all I know you as is JCB. How can you defame someone's character when you don't even know who they are? What a complete waste of time that would be.

If you're going to (try to) sue me then just do it, stop talking about it and stop trying to destroy this competition, let's head to the courts and let our barristers sort it out.

I for one am looking forward to the court case. I'd actually take time off work to go watch it, so please make sure you keep us all informed of dates and times! Not quite sure how someone who is anonymous can be defamed by someone else who is also anonymous, so I'm really looking forward to learning something new and seeing how this pans out!

Great show to watch to gain knowledge about rights wrongs.

My [censored] was not the trading of Petrie as much as the principle of our beloved team Manager not showing the integrity and honesty of his word.

If he could not be trusted then....how can we trust him right through our year

I have never ever said or implied anything against his mother ..he us just a loose cannon that needs stopping.

However, I admit ,I went to far in criticising him , I should have just copped it and moved on.

By the way Ryan Powers has just been in contact with us and feels our complaints are just and reasonable and also fair.

We will leave it to Ryan to handle this matter in the short term but keep in watching Judge Judy, you may learn something.

Anyhow, I hope you play well for the rest of the season and we meet again next year.

My family and I agree after discussing this matter with Ryan and accepting Jarka Jokers apology, we have decided to drop any further actions at this stage and just continue in finishing the year on a high in our Norm Smith League.

Sorry to all but we were not going to stand for virtually being called a liar when I nearly died and have gone through dramatic treatment for nearly two years now and it is ongoing.

In concluding this saga, I and my family were saddened when a member of JJ's family is/was lost due to the original Malaysian airline saga.Furthermore, we felt extremely sorry to learn of JJ's mothers current issue with Cancer...we sincerely wish her well and my offer to meet JJ and give him an insight to my Cancer and my treatment is still on offer.
