Better yet.. Who cares.

Probably will try to showboat, and end up pissing his teammates off

when was the last time a key forward kicked a big bag against us?

It doesn't happen because James Frawley is a true gun and is under appreciated by most Demon supporters

Garland should play on Franklin not Frawley. If Franklin goes into the midfield, a run with role from Dunn might be on the cards.

3-4.

Their midfield will dominate us and chime in with plenty of goals, and Roughhead will smash it as he's in great form playing all over the park.

I agree Frawley is a great player, I reckon the hawks will get 100 inside 50's this weekend and as good as Frawley is he won't stop the ball coming in with no pressure on the kicker.

Chippa's a star, but without a defensive midfield, Franklin, Puopolo, Breust and whoever else wants to wander into their forward 50 will have a field day.

initially I thought 11, but buddy being the caring sharing individual he is. he will give away 3 or 4 to whoever puts their hand up.

yes , but Frawleys direct opponent wont kick more than 3

they never do

In Pedersen we trust.

Only question is Hale or Roughead who will kick the bag?

Or with Gunston out will Hawthorn play Grimley instead of Bailey (rested) and let Hale ruck?

2-4.
Our backline is't really that bad, if the ball comes in 155000000000 times with little to no pressure from our midfield, then mathematically the opposition is bound to score a decent amount of the time. Buddy will be fairly quiet, but they have plenty of others to stand up.

I don't think it will be too bad.

Buddy's start to this season has been, historically, his worst since he started.

We have seen what Chip and Garland can do, and also what Dunn can do to taller players like Judd in the midfield if he ventures.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
