He is an emergency for the West Coast game. I assume he will be required at the MCG until the first bounce.

Given that the Casey game is on at the same time in Ballarat, it means that he won't be playing a game this weekend (unless the Dees make a last minute change).

Then whats the freakin' point?!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!

Dropped as he has some things he needs to work on in his game (as stated by Paul Satterly) but has no where or way to work on them!

Ludicrous.

Dare I say I smell conspiracy?

Not necessarily, they could wait till Saturday morning, then keep Rodan and Spencer back as emergencies. On the other hand, if he's not been named for Casey ...

Neither have Spencer or Rodan.

Could be a few blokes need to pass fitness tests or are ready to join Gillies as mystery injury of the week.

Interesting. KC - can you remind us what the cap is for MFC listed players? I think you've mentioned it before but please humour me.

Gee there's not a huge gap in talent between the ones and the twos.

I'd like to see our Casey side Vs Demon side.

Wouldn't be much between them.

about 10 goals. May save Mark Neeldy.

KC from Casey has called in sick.

Anyone going to the VFL game to keep us up with the scores.

I will do my best to keep people posted via friends at the game and the social media.

Appreciate it if anyone up there could help out as well.

Surely Watts will be playing at the G today. If he is an emergency and cannot play for Casey it is beyond dumb.

Someone has to be at the G, we lost Mckenzie in the warm up last week.....last thing we need is to play with 21!!!!

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
