Who gives a toss now. Lets hope they're [censored] bricks in 2016 when we're there and thereabouts the top of the ladder.

Geelong 10 years ago were the joke who couldn't close and now they're a 'dynasty'. Lets bump in a few years time!

No. Let's get things right now shall we. I am so over 5 year plans.

Let's make 2013 count.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the views of a forum where their supporters refer to us as being, and I quote, "diabollickal"! Interesting spelling...speaks for itself really, in terms of the type of fans that we are dealing with over there.

My bomber review.

Jetta= A diving disgrace. Should be ashamed of himself but represents the bombers in true fashion.

Goddard= Overpriced loose half back flank.

Hurley= Over hyped at this stage. Could be good but can't kick straight.

Watson= Outright superstar.

Hird= Golden boy. Can he actually coach?

Davey= Loves to go missing when needed.

Stanton= Crumbles under pressure. Can't help watson out.

Fletcher= A champion.

Ryder= I'd take Spencer this year to smash him all over the ground.

SUPPORTERS= You leave at half time when your team is down by a goal. Disgrace. You win some games in a row and act like Jennifer Hawkins just asked you for a quickie. Your away jumper looks like aids on silk.

We need to stop hanging our hats on Essendon highlights, there is after all 17 other clubs.

Who exactly is hanging their hat on that?

What should we hang our hats on at the moment? I'll stick to the positives we have. We bend the bombers over every year.

Hopefully about 8 other clubs this year mate, i would like to beat 3 Victorian club this season, that would be a real positive for mine.

We may not be ready to beat the Hawthorns and Geelongs of this world yet, but i think we can realistically, look at beating, St kilda, Richmond,Bulldogs,North and Essendon.

I understand that a certain ultra high priced Essendon recruit who they are pinning their hopes on, fell out of favour with his former coach because he refused to tag an opponent one day. Flat out refused.

That is a formula for failure if there ever was one.

Hope Neeld sends the team out with instructions to flatten Ryder when his heads down and punch Hurley in the throat.

They will pump us in round 2. They wont have collapsed yet, and they always start the season flying.

Well maybe their mid season collapse starts early this year.

Posted
Hopefully the Crows will give them a pummelling in Round 1 and soften them up for us.

Or the weapon is in charge for the week of training. He will soften them up.

Plus I reckon the power struggle between Hird and Bomber Thompson will be getting worse.

It's someone else's turn to cop the sharp end of the stick.

Essendon supporters are a bunch of arregent wankers, they have the heighest paid coaches in the league and they still can't come close to winning a flag.

Why don't they worry about there own problems like getting rid of there fitness coach after a year of so meany soft tissue injuries.

With out Whatson they are rubbish.

What the hell do they know about use anyways? Do they ever watch a Demon game?

Maybe ppl should wait till the end of a season before they judge a club, anything can happen in 23 rounds.

The review on blitz didn't bother so much as the comments that we should fold and we are a waste of time. You are spot on they are arrogant knobs. I enjoy watching watson and fletcher play but apart from that they can get knicked. I love seeing bomber fans walk out of OUR home ground whilst the game is still on.

    UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

    Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
