Might have gotten a bit ahead of myself. Im not sure if the public vote actually decides this or if the all-australian committee does. Oh well, im sure he will win it anyway from here.

Public vote doesn't count on the final. The only reason to vote is if you vote on the winning mark you might win a prize or something.

Its judged by an AFL panel

If the panel don't pick the one against Sydney, they have rocks in their head.

It just doesn't get better than that. No Pack, no assistance on the leap, full hang time, do I need to say anymore.

Mind you, last year the panel didn't go with the popular vote. Andrew Walker's mark was chosen by everyone, except the panel, who chose Krakouer's.

What a disrgrace that was!

No doubt the West Australian judge this year will vote for Nik Nat, the rest wil go with Howie.

Fantastic mark that one against the Swines. Howe reminds me of Trevor Barker in the way he has a big leap and often gets great hang time. Sits on a players back or shoulders and hangs.

Going back to Jurrahs MOTY, IIRC he didn't get the mark of the week on the public vote, it went to Goddard. Far and away the the best 2 grabs that year. Then the panel chose Jurrahs for the mark of the year

Wash your mouth out - never ever mention Howe and Neutron (an inert sub-atomic particle, with no energy output) in the same post - no comparison.
