Did I? It didn't feel like that when I said it.

The Demons are on the way back.

And we play on the G.

And we are a real club.

Not a plastic one.

Great job by the crowd today, didn't let up, now we move on. $cully is a thing of the past, and IMO he isn't even that good. Good hands and engine and that's it.

Enjoyed hearing the boos from start to finish on TV whenever he touched the ball - especially since there were very few needed in the second half.

Most people have players form other clubs they like and those they hate. I see no reason not to keep $cully in the latter bin.

I was pretty subdued at the start of the game, but once Grimesy started pushing him at the opening bouce...I wanted blood.

Best thing was how few boos were necessary.

At one point in the third quarter I forgot he was playing.

I love how - once we realised that he was only going to be a good ordinary player - we tricked GWS into stealing him so we could free up some money to pinch Mitch, and get some compo picks to have another crack at the draft and hopefully get a champ this time.

Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

He was [censored]. McKenzie towelled him up. So much so it was one of Jordie's best offensive games in a while.

He is a pathetic scumbag and I hope he enjoys a career of humiliating defeats and turnovers.

Mitch Clark every day of the week and twice on Sunday please!

Disgraceful thread. I hope he has the worst flight ever. I hope his dad sits on the seats next to him.

Well done Neeld in having Jordie absolutely lock the pr!ck down.

See ya $cumbag. Enjoy the $ because you've got 10 years in the cellar to come.

Is that why you play this game, money over success? The plastic fantastic Giants. Good move.

My throat is sore from the booing - like everyone around me I didn't let up all day. He was pathetic, glad he is gone.

The scumbag could only manage 6 more supercoach points than Mitch in over double the ground time today. Only about 6 kicks with 13 handballs and 74% effieicncy. He was very average after a good first quarter.

$cully will be good but can't help but think that if we really nail these compo picks (?!) we've dodged a bullet paying this guy anywhere near $1m a year. I just don't understand why GWS would pay him that much. Better them than us though for sure.

Did many players shake his hand after the game or be friendly with him??? I missed it.

PS. When I played I only used to shake the hand of my opponent for the majority of the day - its got ridiculous all the handshakes these days.

As for Tom, how do you feel now you slime bag?!

IMO we should never move on from a 2nd year player, or the like, who lies to our moral leader & $#!+s on our goodwill.

IF, a player does the dirty on this club, we should Never let them forget IT.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
