Sounds like you're just one step short of pinning clippings of MFC related newspaper stories to the walls of your room from which you are divining a hidden code.

Or are you already there??

Ugh...

How many of this exact thread do we need????

There is no 'disturbing lack of communication' on this issue. It couldn't be clearer.

Jack had some injury issues that interrupted his pre-season. He is working through those and will have to perform well at VFL level in order to earn a call-up. VFL season starts on Saturday, we will be told how he plays, I assure you.

This has been repeated ad nauseum across all manner of different media.

We are not going to get a minute-by-minute commentary on how Jack went at training today, whether he thought Avatar should've won Best Picture or if he decided this morning it would be easier to just wear the same pair of jocks again rather than do a load of washing.

Honestly people, read a book or something to pass the time.

sorry I thought this was football discussion site for the discussion of football related issues

Didn't Bails say on Footy Classifieds that he wanted Watts to play 4 good games at Casey before he gets considered for senior selection?

he sure did, people just take in 'watts' they want to hear and filter ut the remaining. I took the DB comment as '4 GOOD games', so he may be in the VFL for a while!!!

Not sure about that - Watts has performed pretty well at Casey in the past.

I say Round 7 or 8.

THE ACCIDENTAL DEMONS by The Oracle

In the space of eight days, the Melbourne Football Club’s plans for the coming year were turned upside down by two season-ending injuries to players who were contending strongly for places in its opening round match against the GWS Giants. Shane McAdam was first player to go down with injury when he ruptured an Achilles tendon at Friday afternoon training, a week before the cut-off date for the AFL’s pre-season supplemental selection period (“SSP”). McAdam was beginning to get some real mom

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. Barassi died the

We'll break down the Match SIM against North Melbourne and wrap up the preseason with insights into training and our latest recruits.
