Guys i got a strange feeling that we might upset the crows at AAMI stadium.

Does anyone besides me feel this feeling?

Posted

I will be there....

I think it will take a great effort to beat the Cows at AAMI....

But then again, it took a great effort to come from 50 pts down at half time to beat the Fockers....

Anything can happen....

I actually have a feeling we will win more than we lose from here on in....

And even though this will ruin our draft, it will be exciting!

Can we beat the crows?

Gut says no, by brain says we should get closer than tipsters think. I think with some confidence back, the dees should be within 4 goals most weeks now. Not to mention hte odd win. I can see us pinching another 4 wins this year.

we are only two games out of the eight!!

we can beat the crows, we beat them last year and dean bailey knows the ground well so there will be no home ground advantage...im wearing rosey coloured glasses

i dont think we have much of a chance but i am an optomist and i will tip the dees to win by under a goal

As much of an opitimist that I am, our chances against Adelaide are slim to none.

I would love to be proved wrong, but our record speaks volumes.

Mind you, how good was the '01 win!! LEO!

Yes, great goal. Went to training the next day whilst they were out in the centre. A ball rolls to the boundary right where i'm standing, and who should run over but one Leonchelli. Said "great goal Chell", he said thanks with a massive grin on his face.

Of course we can bloody win it weren't you guys watching yesterday

If the machine can stay in that gear and the boys can keep their confidence up they can give anyone a shake

You don't kick 9 goals to 2 in a quarter if you're rubbish

Posted

If it was at the MCG, we'd have a chance.

I reckon Crows are due for a down week after 3 good wins. Perhaps a respectable 4 goal loss may be a possibilty.

Looking foward to the Hawks and Saints challenges

Maybe the Adelaide game is too far away, but I can't say I do.

I had the 'feeling' coming into the Freo game.

the dees needs bigger crowds.

Round 9

Melbourne v Hawthorn

2:10 MCG

just a question how many crowds will the hawks pull out?

Posted

This may sound crazy we may be a chance against the hawks if

*Lance franklin , Roughhead, Williams and Bateman are out.*

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
