How many Dees faithful will be at the game?

I have 2 spare tickets for the Prelim in Aisle 333, row 23. They are next to each other. I am happy to sell at cost price ($190). The only conditions are that it needs to be Dees fans, and you need to make some noise and support the boys! Shouting me a beer would be good too 😁😭 If you want them, first come first served - DM me.

I will be there, with 3 members of the family. Does anyone know, is Melbourne doing a training session on the ground? If so, when?

    Who's going to Perth?

I’ll be there with some of my family... very exciting! Does anyone know if the dees have a training session on the Friday at the ground?

    Perth flights

Hi all Anyone who is well connected in the travel industry know whether any of the airlines will schedule additional flights from Melb to Perth this week? My memory is that in the past that is what has happened.. Does anyone know? I am just holding off on flights at the minute in the (vain?) hope that more flights open up. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

    McLardy: Dee-surgence started with Stynes

Gosh. I read the posts here before I read the article. I was expecting Don with a trophy saying “Jimmy and I did it”. If you read what he actually said, it is entirely uncontroversial. I think he was really trying to evoke the memories of Jim and Robbie (and Neale’s current plight too). There is no doubt that Jim brought excitement and passion back into a fractured club. He’s not with us any more, so perhaps we can allow ourselves to focus on what he did do, not what he didn’t.

    2018 Goalkickers

Tommy could have given the Coleman a nudge with a full season, even with Hogan kicking so many. Amazing

    Training - Wednesday 11th July, 2018

My understanding is that Stretch is injured for at least 4 weeks unfortunately. Desperately unlucky for a bloke who works really hard and just played one of his best games for the club.

    Changes vs Western Bulldogs

How far off is VandenBerg from being considered? When fit, he would be a massive defensive midfield inclusion I reckon

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 16

I agree with others that this is a better side. Stretch offers more for 2 way running than Tyson. Hannan needs a rest, and an extra forward is a good thing with the supply we get. Personally would have liked to see them give Petty another week. No doubt his debut was.... Underwhelming let's say... But I would have thought if we saw enough, we could have told the kid we back him and given him that confidence at the start of his career. Having said that, good to see Frosty getting a chance.

    Manuka v GWS

Gday fellow dees! A few of us are heading up to Manuka for the big clash in 2 weeks... I can get seats in the hill stand, which seems to be on the flank... the other choice is behind the goals. Re behind the goals, which side will the dees be sitting? Any other recommendations?

POST MATCH DISCUSSION - Round 8

I was there tonight. Went up from Melbourne with my son as his 7th bday present! The boys delivered big time. When we were 26 down, away, against a good side, undermanned, I thought it would get ugly. So much to like about tonight. The way the backline setup, the numbers we got to the ball, the incredible tackling, the 1 on 1 performances and the even contribution.... magic win!

    Tyrone Vickery

I think a forward/ruckman is essential. Vickery is inconsistent but I would like to see is make a strong play for him. He would improve our list, our flexibility and gives Gawn support. That or Tippett where Sydney still pays 40% of the salary (they may go for it to retain Mitchell).

    Praise the returning hero!

It's the same culture that you could excuse for violence against women.... for years and still today that's prevalent. Leaders should demonstrate leadership. Yes, they trusted too much. That's a failure. They also didn't make reasonable enquiries and misled ASADA. Now they are drug cheats.
